About MRdians
Our Story
MRdians began its journey in 2023 under the name MR-products, with a clear mission—to offer high-quality products at affordable prices through e-commerce. A year later, on the anniversary of MR-products, the brand was rebranded as MRdians to reflect our growing vision and commitment to excellence.
During its early days, MR-products achieved total sales of ₹200,000. However, after the rebranding, MRdians experienced rapid growth, reaching over ₹200,000 in monthly sales through major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and more.
In just six months, MRdians has proudly sold products worth ₹1.4 million. Our sales are driven by:
- 50% from the highly popular TVS Gold Keyboards
- 30% from our high-performance data cables
- 20% from music accessories, including AUX cables, microphones, mic wires, and cordless mics
We continue to receive overwhelmingly positive reviews from our customers, which motivates us to keep innovating and delivering the best.
Our Mission
At MRdians, our core mission is to deliver the best quality products at highly affordable prices. We are equally committed to offering exceptional customer service, including 24/7 support for all our customers.
Out of 2000+ successfully shipped orders, we've received just 50 claims—a number we acknowledge and are actively working to reduce. Interestingly, 30 of those claims were from 2023, and we’ve received zero claims so far this year, which is a testament to our continuous improvements in quality and service.
Out of the 50 claims:
- 38 customers received replacements within 48 hours
- 5 customers were refunded after verification
- Several fraudulent claims were identified and canceled following a strict review process
We’re constantly improving every aspect of our operations, from packaging and labeling to warranty cards and user guides. Customer feedback is at the heart of our growth, and we are dedicated to making MRdians even more reliable, customer-friendly, and budget-friendly in the future.
Our Team
MRdians is currently powered by a dedicated team of 6 professionals. Among them:
- 3 team members are fully focused on customer support
- 1 handles marketing and promotions
- 1 manages shipping and logistics
While our team may be small, our strength lies in quality, not quantity. Our philosophy is simple: a good team is more important than a large one. We believe in building a team that genuinely understands our mission, treats the company as their own, communicates with customers politely, and works toward meaningful growth.
At present, our current team is managing operations smoothly. However, as we grow, we will gradually expand—adding only those who align with our values and are committed to delivering the same level of care and service our customers expect.
